  • Several years Administrator of the “Sociedade de Hoteis do Bom Jesus, SA”, which holds four hotels and a convention centre

Antonio de Souza-Cardoso experienced and highly regarded businessman, administrator, entrepreneur, television commentator, contributor to several magazines and newspapers, professor and writer are just some of the expertise and characteristic of Antonio De Souza-Cardoso.

  • Degree in Law, Faculty of Humanistic Sciences of Porto, the Portuguese Catholic University.
  • Postgraduate Course in Economics for the European Centre for European Studies at the Catholic University of Portugal.
  • Director – General of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs from May 1991 until May 2009

Managing Director and Partner

Christiana is very passionate about Emerging Markets. Having lived in Africa for fourteen years and in South America for four years she has a personal insight into these markets. Singularis Advisors’ approach and vision regarding Africa and Latin America, makes the company Christiana’s natural and obvious career choice.

  • Seventeen years of senior management experience advising on real estate investments in different countries, including Emerging Markets
  • Nine years of experience in Europe, bridging between buyers and sellers across different regions and sectors
  • Education: journalism, creative writer (published)
  • Interests: writing, painting, horse-back riding, languages, avid traveller


Gustav Johansson

Originally from Sweden and having completed a Master’s degree in Industrial Management & Engineering, Gustav has spent the last seven years in business management. After spending six years working closely with investors and asset managers Gustav felt the market was right for Singularis Advisors’ unique business model.

RicardoRicardo Costa

  • Ricardo begun his professional life as a biologist as he obtained his degree at FCUP in Portugal. Later, he went into luxury real estate investments and became “hooked” on it due to the fast pace and the competitive environment. It was an important change in his career.
  • Hobbies: reading and music. Ricardo also likes extreme sports and is an avid surfer.

  • Clare has a wealth of experience in the Media Industry within the UK, specialising in the publishing, film & event sectors at management level.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree with honours in Media Studies from the Surrey Institute of Art & Design, England.
  • Interests: Clare has recently appeared in several theatre productions in Barcelona but has a general passion for the arts, with Music & Film at the forefront.

  • Luis has a background in corporate communications in the banking, human rights and cultural sectors. He also has experience in financial journalism, real estate, marketing and art sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in journalism and a postgraduate degree in international relations.
